Ministry in Bolivia

Hello friends and family,

Tomorrow we are heading out the door for another adventure! Our family is traveling to Rita's hometown in Mexico for a quinceañera (15th birthday celebration), and then I will be traveling to Bolivia to teach Lesson One in their first nationally run Perspectives courses.

PRAYER REQUESTS:

Please pray for the Bolivian team, the students (more than 100 registered as of today) and for safety in all our travels. We want to see the Bolivian church mobilized to reach the nations!
I would also appreciate prayer for physical strength and health as I will be at higher altitudes (Cochabamba is 8,300 ft. and La Paz is 12,000 ft).

I have included my itinerary below, and also attached a schedule for those who would like to print it out to support us in prayer.

In May, an international Perspectives team spread out to four cities in Chile and Argentina to introduce pastors and leaders to the course. We then trained coordinators and instructors in Buenos Aires in preparation for their classes.

Perspectives is a 15-week course which communicates a vision of God's global purposes and inspires believers to participate in his purposes. There are over 200 students in Mendoza, Posadas and Buenos Aires, Argentina currently taking the course. We praise God for this opportunity to mobilize the church in Argentina.

Rita led a mom's class at our church's Vacation Bible School in June and several prayed for salvation. Twenty-eight moms attended! Eight returned this last Saturday for a special women's breakfast. Pray that they will continue on with the Lord.
